BY CREATING AN “iShareHow Labs LLC” ACCOUNT OR OTHERWISE USING ISHAREHOW’S SOLUTIONS OR ISHAREHOW’S VIDEO CREATION SERVICES THROUGH THE ISHAREHOW FOR KNOWLEDGE AND SOLUTIONS PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS ISHAREHOW LABS TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT (THE “AGREEMENT”).
This Agreement was last updated on November 9, 2017. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify the Services and/or the terms of this Agreement without prior notice. We recommend that you check this Agreement periodically to see if there have been any modifications. Modifications will become effective immediately upon being posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Services after modifications are posted will be considered an acceptance of the modifications.
iShareHow’s Lab Solutions consist of the site at http://isharehow.tv, http://isharehowjournal.com or https://isharehowlabs.com.
iShareHow Labs LLC solutions are only licensed for use by partnered clients in accordance with this the terms of this Agreement. If you are not a partnered client by a contract you may not use the iShareHow Labs LLC trademarks or licenses.
Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our services or the content you access. You may not use content from our services unless you obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law. These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our Services. Don’t remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with our Services.
If you do not comply with these terms, and we don’t take action right away, this doesn’t mean that we are giving up any rights that we may have (such as taking action in the future).
If it turns out that a particular term is not enforceable, this will not affect any other terms.
The laws of Maryland, U.S.A., excluding Maryland conflict of laws rules, will apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services. All claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services will be litigated exclusively in the federal or state courts of New Castle, California, USA, and you and iShareHow consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
